Sudoku Classic ("the App") is developed by Sudoku Classic. This privacy policy describes how we handle data in connection with our iOS application. Because the App is designed to function entirely without an internet connection, our data practices are minimal by design.

The App does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or enter any personal details. No personal data is collected, transmitted, or stored on any external server.

The App stores the following data exclusively on your device:

• Game progress — completed levels, star ratings, and scores
• Settings preferences — music and sound effect toggle states

This data is stored locally using iOS standard storage mechanisms (NSUserDefaults) and never leaves your device. It is not accessible to us or any third party. You can clear this data at any time by deleting and reinstalling the App.

No Internet Connection Required

Sudoku Classic is designed to work entirely offline. The App:

• Does not connect to the internet
• Does not send data to any server
• Does not require network access to function

No Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel)
• Advertising networks (e.g., AdMob, Facebook Ads)
• Social media SDKs (e.g., Facebook, Twitter)
• Crash reporting tools (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry)
• Tracking frameworks (e.g., IDFV collection, attribution SDKs)

No In-App Purchases

Sudoku Classic does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or virtual goods for sale. All content is available to all users at no additional cost beyond the initial app download.

Children's Privacy

Sudoku Classic is suitable for users of all ages, including children under 13. Because we do not collect any personal data from any user, we are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other children's privacy regulations.

Data Security

Since no data leaves your device, the security of your game data depends on the security of your iOS device. We recommend using a passcode or biometric authentication to protect your device.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If material changes are made, we will notify users through an App Store update description.
